Another wonderful "Hug An Atheist"!

As you've probably heard by now, last week's fantastically successful "Hug An Atheist" fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society added about $110 to our team's running total for "Light the Night" -- a sum that Blasphemy Day guest Jamie Kilstein generously matched! (Thanks, Jamie!) Encouraged, we couldn't wait to get back out on the Quad and do it again.

...SUCCESS! Today we raised another $80, and the hugs were downright epic! This brings our fundraising total to about $700. We've got a ways to go yet to reach our goal of $2000, but I made a GIF of one of today's more impressive hugs to celebrate our progress.

For my part, I have seen no friction between Christians and atheists in our meditation courses practices. It is all about clearing the mind out of stress through conditioning. All people of religious or non-religious orientation are welcome.
